Talk about teammates is not Good some teammates good..there is no job security...they are not providing the salary slip...right now they’re not giving my last month salary and not provide the experience letter...politics issues also...😏

Work culture, salary, employee programs, hr support, backend team support, so much favoritism and literally the area managers, zonals, regional heads, head office department and even national business manager is involved in partiality and promote people on the the basis of their personal opinion for tthe front end managers.. Long story short people on the front desk suffer in all aspects in the company.

Lakme salon owners are very pathetic they treat they employees very worst with low salary. They do ạ planning with ABM and make sure not to get job to that employee.

Job security is pretty decent. Leave policy is good, although it depends on senior management whether you can avail those leaves or not.

Dislikes

No scope of growth. Compensation, remuneration & benefits are extremely poor for managers. It's like managers are only "supposed to work without expectations" as per senior management.
