I was working in phoenix mall for 8 years. Then lakeshore offer me for job with hike, i have complete one mall construction within 6 months and make it operational, after 6 months , lakeshore told me, we dont require you. So don't join this company if you have good experience in big company. If you don't have any job, then and then you can join this company. And try to search other company, as lakeshore can tell you any time to leave the company. Worst experience i ever have in lifetime.in my 14 years career . VP construction is holpess person and pcysco person, he never give you Singal Holiday.

The best thing which i like about this Organization is that they give room for applying new ideas in your work which pushes one to use his brains to the fullest potential. Very cooperative Collegues and seniors with no corporate politics as such overall a great company to work with

Some backend departments have to be tweaked a little bit up as it otherwise gives other feeling of being left behind. Rest all is good here no complaints at all

Worst HR team I ever seen in my whole carrier. Their HR policies are even more pethetic, the notice period is of 3 months even for an executive level. Very unethical and unprofessional HR team they keep changing their HR policies regularly by their own and as per their benifits. The HR team sits at head office based in Mumbai and play dirty politics with innocent employees. I will never ever recommend or encourage anyone to join this organisation. The company name is also have bad image in the market because many almost 90% employees left the organisation before their probation period. I don't know weather Mr. Ashwin puri has any idea about the working style of their HR team, because it's like a parasite in the company.

It is a growing organization and there is a lot of scope to grow in the company as much as you would want to. Everyone from the CEO to the Employees working in the office are approachable.

Dislikes

Very poor full and final payment policy Very unfair policy on no payment of the Performance Linked incentive even when you have worked for the whole year and leave the work in the next Financial year.
