It has a toxic work culture and internal politics. The upper management is useless including the ceo/founder They keep timing your loo breaks, such is the level of micromanaging There is no scope of learning here plus competent employees are not appreciated

The ceo is a megalomaniac who thinks they can do anything without any accountability. They hire people on contract basis and make them work like a permanent employee without any benefits. The contract is often breached as it is drafted in their favour. Micromanaging is on another level by the founder itself, maybe she doesn’t have anything better to do She ll look at your washroom breaks, deduct leaves on wfh days (ridiculous, right?) If she notices that you are getting friendly with a co worker from a different department , she ll call u out and question as well. You can survive here only if you are a people pleaser and boot licker

I had thought the company's founders would cherish its capable staff despite their qualifications and open-mindedness. Nevertheless, I was wrong.

Dislikes

1.Excessive use of social media by few employees which disrupts the work culture. 2.Engaging in long, non-work-related conversations, which affects the concentration of those around them. 3.Taking long breaks every half an hour and founders are aware of everything still they don't take any actions against these employees as they are the one who knows how to deceive them and put the blame game on other employees. These actions not only affect the individuals involved but also disrupt those of us who are trying to maintain a professional and productive atmosphere. 3.Last but not least there is no job security at all,the founders suffocate and micromanage you at the same time.Either you are fired without any reason or they force you to resign and it really doesn't matter how competent you are.The company has lost talented individuals because of guidance from their preferred employees in the company.
