Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The ministry is open to innovation and readily adopts latest teaching means. I love to be a part of a team thats making a great changes in the live of the students. I get to meet our leaders from France, US, Switzerland and so on who really encourage me on my life walk.. The friendship we enjoy among the staff is one thing I'll never forget.

...e is high as we are on a full swing, there's no compensation nor a job security. Salary is low, barely enought to meet the néeds of my family. There is no respect for seniors, not is there an appreciation for the extra effort we pulled off..
