The only company I know that gave bonus during lockdown. Very few terminations were done during Covid and that too with a heavy heart.

Dislikes

Work culture is sad. Even after 9.5 hrs working, you are expected to be working forever. No fixed policy of Saturday workings. No holidays on Holi or Eid. No canteen. Salaries are credited after 5th of every month.

Dislikes

Now due to wrong manament people and so much politics from noth peoples, company is lossining the valuable empolies, now copany hsd promoted uncultred peoples in respected postion, due to wrong people in manament and leading postion company is towared in loss side in profit also and work culture as well.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
