Nothing, it is worst orgabnisation to spoil your life, nobody wants to do anything and will make you responsible for everyting as they do not know how to do anything. The company is involved in many illegal and non compliance activities and they will force you to sign their financials. it is no where a MNC and do not have holcim policies applicable on it. it is full of corruption and unethical activities going on eveywhere. I request do not join this organisation if you want to live a peaceful life , I had joined this organsation and within 3 months I have to left and now getting job is very difficult.it was a nightmare full of toxicity and pathetic work conditions without repsect and dignity you will have to live and there is no transparency and they will not even pay you the CTC agreed. hence please do not consider this organisation for your next job a humble request from your well wisher.

Dislikes

only politics and they will try to destroy you mentally, full torture, there are no controls or any demarcation of work they will tell you something at the time of hiring and will give you work of whole company after joining and sit on your head to harras. over and above even theie parent company work of Bangladesh needs to be completed by Indian CS which is most stupid task. They are big cheaters and will spoil your life. they do not have proper books, records required as per law and involved in many illegal activities which you have to join if you become part of this organisation. Please do not join else you will regret like anything and no one will save you from daily harrasment.

The forests the hills n the nature.otherwise it's a company steeped in egos and works in a straightjacket with no value for intelligence or innovation .
