Politics inside team, Team lead never allows you to grow. Take credits of your hard work. If you raise your voice against them then you wont be getting good promotion/hike. They themself thinks they are superior and they knows everything. They will try to prove you are not doing anything whereIn they themself are not aware much of technical. Unprofessional comments .

career growth is less, lazy management don't care if there are loop holes in team. All work is dumped and some partiality among teammates
