...e administration and the DDA's behavior is pathetic with the contractual staff. They always delay the salary by 2-3 months on their own and never got clear answers regarding the same and through tantrum. It's very torturous to work with such people's and department head.

Permanent staff, department head and administrative officers behavior. They have the capability to drag someone in mental trauma. I just wasted 4 precious years of my life there.

While the training, I was only focused on the cases by myself.

Dislikes

I didnot enjoy while getting trained at lady hardinge, because the authorities only focus on their college students and give them preference. We as an outsider didnot seek any help or knowledge from the seniors.
