This is a consulting company having only less number of clients and the peoples(employees) inside company will be in bench for atleast 6 to 12 months and the salary also be like 12k to 15k if the company didn’t get any leads of project , the bench employee will be laid off immediately and also those who are working in projects (i.e SAP LABS , NTT DATA) they are freshers internally but for clients they will push you as an 5 years experience and the employees will be stressed completely and also salary for fresher they will provide around 30k to 35k, but the consulting company (ladera technology) will take around 3 to 4lakh per month profit and gives employee only 30k or max 40k. Overall this is an consulting company and no guarantee for job security

Dislikes

All HR’s are mostly freshers only. Only one person is senior in hr department that too he is dumba*s and one person named balaji he is almost 58 still he is working in IT and also doing some side business by adding fake experience employees and getting commissions. There is no trainers for technical everything we need to learn on self. Overall everything is dislikes only. The only like I can give is this office is located in DLf location.

There are no likes at all in this company. Everyone who joins this company will suffer like anything. I strongly hope this company will not get a long run. And guys who are working in this company believing higher officials, I suggest them not to work there. They have big bright career than this Fu***ng company.

Terrific Workplace and worst experience! A person named Balaji messing around with the heads of freshers and everyone without even knowing the full for of ERP. He got much fake experience. As a fresher I joined there. They throwed me a fake requirement on my face and asked me to do it on the first day without even giving me proper introduction and training to me. They scared me every day mainly this Balaji who came behind me like a dog to check what work I am doing without even knowing hello world program....Such a dumba** he is 🤣. And HR is another idiot who don't know what to do. After my termination without any reason company gave orders to their employees not to support me, this is a kind of company where I worked in starting of my career. What a big joke it is.... Remove that donkey ERP head and save yourselves.
