This is a consulting company having only less number of clients and the peoples(employees) inside company will be in bench for atleast 6 to 12 months and the salary also be like 12k to 15k if the company didn’t get any leads of project , the bench employee will be laid off immediately and also those who are working in projects (i.eSAP LABS , NTT DATA) they are freshers internally but for clients they will push you as an 5 years experience and the employees will be stressed completely and also salary for fresher they will provide around 30k to 35k, but the consulting company (ladera technology) will take around 3 to 4lakh per month profit and gives employee only 30k or max 40k. Overall this is an consulting company and no guarantee for job security...Read More

All HR’s are mostly freshers only. Only one person is senior in hr department that too he is dumba*s and one person named balaji he is almost 58 still he is working in IT and also doing some side business by adding fake experience employees and getting commissions. There is no trainers for technical everything we need to learn on self. Overall everything is dislikes only. The only like I can give is this office is located in DLf location....Read More
