Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, networks, and security systems, ensuring a stable and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure.
✅ Manage and troubleshoot IPBX systems for seamless communication.
✅ Ensure firewall security and maintain IT infrastructure stability.
✅ Handle IT administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

🔹 FortiGate Firewall Configuration & Security Management
🔹 Microsoft 365 Administration & User Management
🔹 Spectra Door Access Controller Maintenance & Troubleshooting
🔹 Aruba Access Points Setup & Optimization
🔹 Matrix IPBX – Management & Issue Resolution
🔹 Dell/HP/Lenovo Laptops – Hardware & Software Support
