I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nice patient exposure and Full Hands-on Procedures

Dislikes

Corruption, fake salary, they deposit full and takes half back in cash....Won't give PPE kits/free medicines in case of illness to hospital staff also...Unskilled and 75% deficient staff..Residents utilised as medical officers for 24×7 duty....No proper administrative staff for DNB related work...Ghost staff names and fake register entries in most of healthcare related boards.
