Nothing. The salary was good. Work culture was terrible. Everyone just back talked about the VP and other people on my first day itself.

Dislikes

Work culture. Their expectations were over the top from a freshers pov. They expected too much. They wanted a fresher to turn into an expert under 15 days. They also didn't provide me with an appointment letter even after 1 month of working for them.

Decent working hours, good colleagues

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

HR doesn't even share payslips on time, they don't understand bombay traffic and expect employees to be on time every single day. The conveyance allowance is also below industry par. There are no systems, softwares which can be used to manage and generate leads.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
