Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...d a as you will get the calls after every half an hour even during your lunch. 4) When you will ask him to pay salary he will play mind games with you and finally you will reach , because he will drag you .. To a point where you will have to beg for the salary for the work you did.. And then you will see his true colors. Ungrateful being, does not respect others, and thus play a victim card. 5) Very less employees you will never get the opportunity to interact with good people or good team .. No growth .. No good salary .. And when you will leave the company they willl block you if you will ask about the FNF Last salary after 45 days or so. 6) Does not give any leave unpaid even to women candidates even of 1 day in a month. Which every company gives. Glad I left too soon.
