...d not recognize your ability. Also there is no growth in this company for an ex. My seniors here since 2015 and there is no growth in it just they hike there salary only 30% as compared to joing. So overall experience is good.

Everything , I suggest whosoever is planning to joint lactose India ltd it is better to stay at home rather than working in terrible environment. Qc manager , General manager and assistant manager they are torturing employees, it is like mental harrasment, leadership is not proper , work culture is toxic .

In this Rating system there I can't give zero star otherwise I give it zero star in all categories. I dislike whole compny. Main thing is ....Worst Management ever seen in your life. Once you are part of compny there is no way to put out yourself. Please even don't think to join this compny.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
