Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

One of the worst company. They stop my salary in initial stage when lockdown was imposed(March 2020). They also forcing me to resign witout any notice. They have forcefully resigned many employees. The company didn't think about their employees who bulid the company. When I complaint the same to my senior management they are too ignorant to reply my emails. Government should take action against the company
