The staff is good. A good company for temporary job arrangement

Dislikes

They treat you like humans until you're new to the system. Inspite of serving the notice period the don't clear FNF. They don't value their staff once they put their papers. Company's like this deserve to be absconded. Company's CFO is more interested in other departments than it's own. No production pipeline. Production department is blamed for petty things. They don't forcast their deliveries. Everything in production is haywire and manual. A lot of politics, the management supports and enjoys it as they themselves are involved. Employees in Labyrinth are more into taking charge than taking the ownership/ accountability of work😂 It's been almost 15 years since the company has established and they still behave like a startup...lol....god bless such poor setups!!!!!

Worst Management Specially Production (Kapil and ruby) Lots Of Politics In Between comper (Famous Couple Of Labyrinth) and prep artist No Value To Honest People Nd last Not The List.... supervisors.. plays the main role of partiality nd politics
