1. Just one thing is good that they give salary on time. 1st or 2nd day of the month.

Dislikes

1. Company has no plan and forces people to work even after 9 hrs office.Management is not think about employees flexibility. No increment is given and if you dont butter management you will be scolded without any reason. 2. The most irritating and unprofessional habit all are facing that they forced employee to attend phone calls, text and even meetings on holidays even on National holidays. 3. In this organisation there are four accountent. They don't have any clue from which vendor or party they get bills and totally depends on other departments to resolve issues. Most 4. They gave false information to different Pvt as well as Govt clients that they are manufacturing company but they are totally depends on different vendor's. It's vendor based company. 5. Even after office hours they intentionally call you for different reasons those are not even important though. 6. They are actually not recover or come out from the concept of growing or ameture company. 7. Some employee are playing online games and chitchat and get good salary. 8. There is no salary and designation slab here. Even employes are forced to do other work which are not in their job description. 8. They don't have any systematic work culture.
