They are least bother about junior position, no job security, no confirmation even after years. Micro managers are there to grasp your opportunity and present them as wtheir work. Policy are worst not for long term goals. Even they threaten employee if you leave

This company to me to work in has been a terrible mess up and eventually a complete wrong dicision. Neither the senior boss,immediate boss or any temmate found as true support in all respect except continuous criticism and apparently they pretend to be very helpful. I'm really very sorry to have explained my experience in such manner but there was no other way. I do analyse myself impartially and would request anybody else to so with a justifiable angle. If anybody impartially with true justification sense analyse every points whatever I've pinpointed found myself ineligible, then I'll go by their decision whatever they suggest.

In Labindia since I started working and till date I've found nothing to speak with cheer.Starting from the top boss to teammate everybody has found me as the only person to be bossed upon.

Company is very good for all benefits to employees. 2 weekly off. Friday & Sunday

Dislikes

Management is not at all good & not cooperative. There is no scope for upgrading your knowledge. Only stick with what job offered to you.
