I worked in labelle for 4-5 months . And I left due to my personal issues. The staff are good. And the training was at head office and that was done excellent. All the managers are kind behaviour.

The only problem with labelle is the timings

Work life was zero. No growth. Very unprofessional. There is no understanding of what the employee wants even after giving your whole time and soul to the organization.

GM HR - Rajendhar, HR Manager - Krishnaveni - waste person. Being 10+ years exp and GM HR Rajendhar (35+ years of exp) dont know, anything about HR Practices and etc., The worst people in earth. There cover mistake and will do simple transfer their mistakes in to others quota juniors and enjoy. Because of these people hardworking 3 Junior HR's left. Idiotic Behaviour of this people. Better not to work under these idiots instead of gaining knowledge will loose our knowledge and experience which we gained with our previous experiences, Good Not to work under them,

employs hard work is recognized and rewarded with promotions that is the best part in Labelle .

everything is good ,,some time need to stretch beyond working hours but that is completely ok in professionally.
