Looking amazing on paper, terrible after joining.

... that miserable place, most of the managers left too, there is really no hope. Oh, don't fall for relocation compensation, it's just a trick to get new people in as everyone keeps leaving all the time. Worked here for 6m, saw more than 10 people leave after their first few days, it's really just the worst place to be as a fresher.

...ployees. No training and growth are here. Employees join and left with in month. Salary is very less. management didn't provide perk and benefits received from Harris USA. High workload and less employee. Everyone is leaving this organisation in such way that most experienced candidate of a team is 10 month old in that team. L3 Harris management is making this place worst to work. Manager always do favouritism and don't provide any training perk and benefits. Their behaviour change when you put resignation due to such worst working culture. All these things is for L3 Harris India.

Probably nothing. I did a mistake by joining l3harris india office.

No work ethics, favouritsm and no growth. Dictatorship is going on here and no body listens. They have an Ethics committee and if you raise any issue, they will terminate you. No value of human here. Higher management humiliate team members openly and you can't do anything

Tea / Coffee are good. Office location is nice, just near to the airport

1. Toxic Work Culture. 2. Very frequently they fire people without any reason 3. Dirty Office Politics 4. No Growth path for people etc etc....so many negative point. Dont join L3Harris FTI India Project.

As L3 Harris work directly with Indian Navy, added advantage is you will get to work with Indian Navy ships.

Politics and provoking word will be used like "he don't no anything", "waste candidate". Try to demotivate
