Very bad company with out proper compensation n benefit and spoils all your previous experience

Worst hr policeis they wont provide you offer letter,appointment letter,and releaving also so your career will spoil if you left the organization and 3 months notice period if you served 90 days you wont get salary and the leaves they will show bulky they wont give and totally yoyr career will spoil.

Working here is very challenging due to people not agree to pay toll easily, because they don't know about toll before, but learnt so much.

No recognition happening actually who works hard. This is biggest drawback for this Project.

Skill development and job security Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and salery inceimint is very slow

There is a multi national company and good management. 3 years after this company don't increase my salary then me put resigned
