Dictatorship culture No job security Worst company Is company ma do logo ki suni jati hai ( only DGM, DEPUTY Manager), 1 year experience wala logo ko DGM bna diya jata hai, Promotion ka koi criteria nhi hai ,jisna chapulosi ki uska promotion I think meri life ki phali worst company. Bina notice ka kbhi bhi termition.
