It is the best part institute is that month last working day salary came to account and even in COVID time it give full salary to their employees and employees are didn't doing duty full 1st phase 5 day working in a month but they give full salary.salary part is best to best

Not enough pay given to the growing price of everything necessary to survive, Not enough work life balance as one has to approach the place of work at 7 AM and leave at 6 Pm and that is like 11 hours a day.

Less salaries for freshers as it is non profitable organisation. Sometimes office politics makes freshers feel pressured.

Work-life balance can be termed as average at the institute. The institute is strict with timings and no buffer or permission for half days is given. It is taken as LoP. It is a friendly give and take at lower and middle-level employees.

Dislikes

Job roles are not streamlined. There is a lot of confusion about which department owns what activity. People are discouraged and reprimanded for being proactive. One has to be in the good books of their bosses/superiors to get regular promotions and increments and play the role of "Yes Boss" to save his/her job.
