The salary structure is better than most of the schools in nearby cities.

Dislikes

You cannot utter a single word or put your opinion in a meeting if you don't agree with the management. Also you're supposed to be ready to be micromanaged ( for ex-you will not be allowed to talk to your colleagues even about the doubts related to subjects or laugh in the staff room).

My team mates were very generous and good. The working environment was healthy. Students were very energetic, brilliant, curious and hopeful. Physics is my favourite subject, So I have interested to talk about that. Understanding the students attachment of Theory of Physics and Technology in daily life.

Dislikes

There were no job security and there was no rules and regulations also.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
