Bahut ghatiya company hai. 5 mahina tk salary late dete hai. Resign krne pr 3 mahina ka salary rakh lete hai, 3 mahine ka salary nahi dete resign k baad. HR Aur seniors k taraf se koe support nahi milta. Very unprofessional company

I am civil engineer by profession and during lockdown I got opportunity to work in this firm ..LN Malviya Infra project Pvt LTD is reputed firm and company surrounding is good ...I am gaining Experience water supply and sewerage schemes project.. management is good...

For individual working and self learning is good as you get ample time to enhance and your skills.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest issue here as it gets delayed by 3-4 months. Management is very poor and no one from the management or seniors tries to address or resolve any issue on immediate basis. They don't have any value for their employees. Work pressure is automatically very high as the company never keeps or recruit all required staffs as per the demand of the project.

The Head Office management might be good, but the people acting as intermediaries between the HO and the site office are not working properly, which is giving L N Malviya Infra Pvt. Ltd. a bad reputation. Salaries are also delayed, which affects employees' concentration on their work.

Dislikes

It is better to pay the salary on time every month; otherwise, only one or two people will be working on the project, and even they might leave. What I dislike is that the coordinators are working well, but the managers above them are not doing their job properly. I sincerely request that action be taken against them.

...abuses his employees on speaker k laat mar k nikaluga, chottey ho, even bhnc***. We are forced to work until we cry and it's October and we haven't received salary of July. The CMD gets respect from few chamachs bcz they want to grow in his company. Rest of the employees including their families literally curse him bcz he deserves this. It's better to search a better company and leave.
