The Head Office management might be good, but the people acting as intermediaries between the HO and the site office are not working properly, which is giving L N Malviya Infra Pvt. Ltd. a bad reputation. Salaries are also delayed, which affects employees' concentration on their work.

It is better to pay the salary on time every month; otherwise, only one or two people will be working on the project, and even they might leave. What I dislike is that the coordinators are working well, but the managers above them are not doing their job properly. I sincerely request that action be taken against them.

...er beg for survival or join l n malviya i stringly suggest you beg for survival. Because if you join l n malviya then also you have to beg for your salary every month.two months delayed salary make you begger in your family and friends.

Poor management from head office. Neither received your call for any office documents,salary update, salary slip, the third class company i ever worked with.

Bahut ghatiya company hai. 5 mahina tk salary late dete hai. Resign krne pr 3 mahina ka salary rakh lete hai, 3 mahine ka salary nahi dete resign k baad. HR Aur seniors k taraf se koe support nahi milta. Very unprofessional company

...d suggest you must beg. Because at the every day you must take some amount home. By choosing l n Malviya your salary is credited after 3 months. Also your senior takes any point to deduct you salary for any reason. Its my life’s mistake i choose to work here.

Team leader is biggest cheater,he always try to make fool everyone,he has no technical knowledge and any technical degree.he always try protect his Chamchas and put in trabble to other staff.
