...t to keep a rise of 2k for say 3 to 5 months and when you resign they deduct 5k. Also, absolutely no training, no HR support in terms of : NO salary slips, no PF, No gratuity, no insurance etc. Managers do not value individual efforts, which is why every individual holds back the suggestions. Working in a start up, MDs expect you to do a lot of things,but during appraisal any one can sense the discomfort. They would tell you a hundred things, would assure you about job security but does nothing when time comes. It is sad!
