Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only disgress and humulate employee And provide wages after 20 every month i.e. always delay occored.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent also growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work 14-18hours straigh in a day during accident period on duty bit they refise to provide my wages of two month.

The company Driver behavior is good and also a manager .salary calculation is good .

Dislikes

According to salary the work pressure is very high .sometime I have work late night approx at 22to 23 o clock also I have attend a company hr, director or Driver call in the evening and sometime late night.

This company is basically for security services and Office boy provider. In recent days this company is registered on Gem portal for providing Engineers to the Government sectors. This company first ask for money before joining. Even I got surprised but after so many conversations the matter solved. I will suggest everybody not to join this company. I am looking for the Job also.
