Salary on time, provides (south indian) food. MD is active, strong support from Singapore team.

Dislikes

Shift sharts at Morning 8 am. Purely South Indian people company. Difficult to cope up with them. Language barrier. They always say about process but nobody follows. Need more improvement and some efforts to retain the hardworking staff.

Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.

On time salary, supportive managers.

Dislikes

Worst HR team. Site admins are not knowledgeable. Company give many benifits and policies but those are not reachable to employees because of worst HR team. If u r lucky u will get one Sunday holiday in a month

Plus point is salary on time. My HOD Shaila Ma'am always support me and encourage me. Overall good experience last 10months. It will always be challenging job for me. There is always something new to learn.

Dislikes

Overall appraisal criteria was not at all satisfied, as my opinion. Because of new joinee whenever 1year completing it shall be capable candidate to take increment. I have observed that last 10 months due to increment criteria only people have left the organisation. hence the increment criteria should get more attention. And I have also observed that people who don't have potential as well as knowledge they get more salary as compared to the potential candidate.

1. Food & Accommodation provisions not available 2. No increment and bonus up to 3 years 3. Management responds is very very worst. 4. No any other benifites during my working period 5. No one following company rules and, systems 6. Rules and regulations very very difficult to follow 7. Etc....
