At Nexity Hyderabad P.D (Kalimuthu) having their own Tamil team. They are work for only P.D growing not RMZ project. Even Manager don't have any rights to take at least approval for any materials or any project related decisions. Only P.D jokers with 3years experience Engineer jokers can rule the entire project. Including MD and PD they are backup their bank balance very huge with RMZ Nexity and Spire project.

Salary on time, provides (south indian) food. MD is active, strong support from Singapore team.

Dislikes

Shift sharts at Morning 8 am. Purely South Indian people company. Difficult to cope up with them. Language barrier. They always say about process but nobody follows. Need more improvement and some efforts to retain the hardworking staff.

1. Salary is not adequate. 2. No proper support from top Management. 3. Lack skilled labourers 4. Company controlled by labour contractor

...his company, teammates are very supportive and management is very transparent .. company policies are good they have good salary hike and bonus.

Job security is good and salary will be credited on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of small small Kingdom in the company. Person are like Kings who rule the certain region of the company's establishment. Very difficult to survive for a straight forward worker.
