You will be totally cut off from your family & friends , Asking for a priviliege leave it needs begging to management, Bad working culture , There is entry time @8;30 in morning but no exit time , We need to work here for 12 hours Management expectations so higher Document policy is good but This Company needs to change its actual rulings Work Satisfaction part we didnt know ,

...for the development of Employee and mutually for the growth of the Organization. On time salary for Employees and good work environment.

Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and Employee essential needs are not identifiied, considered and no periodical interaction with Employees to know their Job satisfaction after joining.

...n and tasks go beyond official working hours and time with family is sacrificed. Pay scale with respect to volume of tasks assigned is low and yearly growth is poor as very low increments are done.

Good exposure to showcase capability and get higer responsibilities. Job security and training exposure is good.

...from higher management and every pressure is at site only. No work life balance. No fair salary structure and hike.
