Only Favoritism works, any gets approved if you are good to the senior management, deviations are quite normal. They will not provide whichever is promised. Ensure taking everything on email before joining or after joining. Salary Hikes are Pathetic. They say internal parity but that is not applicable for the favourites

L& T has his own brand name in market, work culture vary depend in which group you are working , company transforming & moving in next level .Hope it will keep old bonding & social structure during this process . Innovation with engineering is a first step.

Company is moving very fast in market , career growth is their but with less salary hike.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.
