...long term perspective. Long serving mechanical Employees are not treated fairly. No fair compensation no satisfactory increment or hikes. Not at all recommended for mechanical design engineers.

Dislikes

Compensation and rewards. One hard working employee specially mechanical engineer is paid the least. Trust me it will be nightmare for earning a day's bread and butter.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

They are paying salary on time and its mediclaim is really good.

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

Once you switch from other company, you can demand and l&t will match the pay.

Dislikes

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.
