Projects are pick and place work mostly. Hikes and salary are not appropriable, Company culture also not much expected one. Just brand things are with L&T but no benefits when compared to other MNC.

...takes 4 to 5 year If anyone wants to join LTTS please ask HR to below question. "If employees don't have project allocation, What happened next and what to do " As per rules if any employees don't have project allocation, after 2 month company can fire you without pay. In 2024, many engineers silently fire by L&T Technology Services.

Nothing to like here, they don't care about you. The company just want it's billing, and they will move to bench if they don't want you. STAY AWAY

Dislikes

Everything from management to promotion to salary compensation. This company makes you work for 9.5 hours and sees you as just a slave. They even keep offices on Saturday if due to some reason a working day got announced as leave. Just like private school There is not a day I don't regret joining this company.

Good for enhancing your interpersonal and communication skills. Weekends off. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and favouritism. Poor work life balance. Partiality in dividing task. Poor policy and support of inter department change.
