As per we know that less project in l&t because of their regin work issues and if no project they mark employees to bench and after two months loss of pay means no salary. They don't have work.

In LTTS Pune there is no job opportunity HR management is poor No transportation facility There is no Project in LTTS Pune You will be asked to join early and then they will put you on bench Loss of pay after 2 months of bench period. If you want to avoid loss of pay you have to change your location from Pune to Bangalore to Hyderabad to Chennai to anywhere.

...sport. No team outing/trip/tracking/dinner for team bonding and team building. No salary expected increment, Hike percentages very low. No award appreciation by monthly or quarterly. No Canteen/Food facility provide by company at Pune location.

They will hold your salary and force you to resign. They have taken me and could not give proper training due to unavailability of the resources and no any proper path. After some months they started tell me about virtual bench policy in that they will not give any salary. My colleague's salary is held which is more than 1.5Lakhs for no reasons in virtual bench period.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are
