Variable pay us 10% And good health policy

Dislikes

As per we know that less project in l&t because of their regin work issues and if no project they mark employees to bench and after two months loss of pay means no salary. They don't have work.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.

Only salary comes on time .

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
