No proper SOP's to work. Managers are very rude, compensation benefits are very low compared to outside standards. No one cares about employee satisfaction. System is not well maintained, everything has to be done manually.

Colleagues and clients are good, you can improve your vocabulary and for personal development its good.

...l experience is not there, Appraisal and promotion only for favourite employees. Salary not according to the grade and education and experience.

... 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't get salary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. They also have sandwich policy

...operate from Mysore. They are ruinning career of other location professional 6. No hike since last 2 years 7. You need to relocate every 2- month from Hyderabad to Bengaluru to Chennai to Mysore 8. Worst company ever I worked

Managers with 10 yrs doesn't have knowledge You been treated like scape goat Everyday you will have urgent deliveries, and it's not about ur skills.. It's about work load Managers are too foxy...
