"If employees don't have project allocation, What happened next and what to do " As per rules if any employees don't have project allocation, after 2 month company can fire you without pay. Nothing to like here, they don't care about you. The company just want it's billing, and they will move to bench if they don't want you. STAY AWAY

Dislikes

Everything from management to promotion to salary compensation. This company makes you work for 9.5 hours and sees you as just a slave. They even keep offices on Saturday if due to some reason a working day got announced as leave. Just like private school There is not a day I don't regret joining this company.
