The brand name of L&T technology will help you to switch to big firms. I am from the Embedded domain. For embedded there are a lot of opportunities in the company.

...rity No promotion Every month you will be asked to join at different location. In LTTS Pune there is no job opportunity HR management is poor No transportation facility There is no Project in LTTS Pune You will be asked to join early and then they will put you on bench Loss of pay after 2 months of bench period. If you want to avoid loss of pay you have to change your location from Pune to Bangalore to Hyderabad to Chennai to anywhere.

Very bad promotions and salary hikes Even if you are a top performer it doesn't matter much when it comes to salary hikes, specially for freshers.
