1)Timely Salary 2) Brand Name L & T

Dislikes

1) Company is into directionless drifting mode, unable to differentiate it's model from B2B or Fintech. 2) Management is unclear about its goals and implements new policy each week/months. 3) Extreme Favartism policy from State heads and regional heads level. 4) Many unethical and fake orders are generated to justify numbers and even local regional heads are aware. 5) Customers are not satisfied with the model.

Nothing is fix is fix of all 😂 Confused? Same here 🤗

Dislikes

Promotional, growth, work criterias not fixed, even no fuel allowances every month, *mediclaim policy is of 20,000/- yes zero's are correct, *Off role, no process to get perform and onrole *Work timings are conffused some places 9-6 , some place 9 to 6.30 no one has clarity on this so everyone ask to do 9 to 6.30 for safer side * No confirmation on any holidays even that holiday comes to an end

Only satisfaction of working with Brand L&T, Nothing else.

Dislikes

Working culture is hectic, management is fail in business, so they also don't know what to do. So they are pressurising on employees to give result without any idea how.

1). Company Name is famous in the Market so we get good response in the market.

Dislikes

1).Upper Management 2).HR never talk with ground level staff for any concern, they take suggestions only from State heads and decide. 3).Any time or day they can fire you if they wish 4). Castism (one of employe got promotion within 12months because he has the same cast as state head, and others was more dedicated and eligible but everytime they get warning to fire from his job) 5).Very Dirty and Personal Politics where Senior wants to Kill his employee's career forever 6). Abusive Language by senior in team meeting. 7).never appreciate and give rewards to there field associate for there hard work. 8).Only Onroll Employees are considered as employee other treated as basturds And so many dislikes which I can not explain.... *The problems are only on State level.rest is okay
