ON CONTRACT ROLL, WILL GET NO BENIFITS COMPARE TO COMPANY PAY ROLL EMPLOYEES, AND NO COMPANY CAMPUS ACCOMIDATION, ITS TAKE MUCH TIME TO GET PERMANENT POSITION.

Have to work 1,3&5th Saturday😅 Nothing more else.

Job security. In this pandemic there is no harsh decision from company such as salary cut or demob employees...

Company culture is totally management side. No one is asking against anything management.

Work from home was started during the lockdown, so work was continued and there was no salary cut

No work life balance. Work from means working 16 hours a day. Even when the offices were open they ask you to stay back

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is nit given to new joiners.
