I am not a permanent employee most of the organisation is like that, they are provide very low salary scale as per standards so they didn't take onrole employees.

The company also provides opportunities to learn different things depending on the choice of employee which add to the overall experience and expertise in different sectors.

The salary provided is decent but the growth is considerably slow. Work pressure is high as projects keep on increasing and skilled manpower is always a problem. Trainings are rarely provided and most of the things are required to be learnt by working on the project or the role assigned which can be a pain sometimes.
