...level of politics, zero ethics, management only satisfies own ego at any cost. Worst salary structure, they will torture you whole year to leave the company and when you resign in middle they will start looting you, they will take your all PLR and Retention amount which they show as CTC part. Third class HR. Everything is handled by old top management of 20-25 years old employees. Nobody cares about work, they just want their ego to be satisfied. Here culture is worst than government sectors. Don't waste your precious lifetime to work here. Before joining here first talk to anyone of your friend who work here .....they will never suggest you to join.

...s a unbeatable pain for all of us. Difficult to balance family and job together. Expected Salary, deserving promotion and job security is not as expected.

The only good thing about the L&T is that your salary gets credited timely by 28 of the month.

The organisation structure is so bad, deficiency of lower-level workers, engineers are working as illiterate supervisors, there is no growth in roles and responsibilities. No proper planning, lacks in digitalisation. Crazy pressure of targets for no reason.

The compensation and culture of the company are major sticky points. The increments are almost non existent and the culture is very bad. HR policies are not employee friendly at all and you cannot find HRs to clear any queries or raise an issue. Another issue was that the company continued to work from office even as employees got covid right ledt and centre.
