Local supervisor team head politics is very very issue.. they are not give support for Draughtsman and low cader persons salary.. development.. section Heads support only for supervisor..

No extra pay for overtime. Alternative Saturday working. Appraisal for contract employees is not good. HR team is not efficient

Always man power short so you have to work twice and no salary increases and Overtime without pay also only 2nd and 4th Saturdays off other all working...sandwich rule for leave...

It is adviced not to go in third party or company contract. Salary is very low. Working hours and travel from city is around 13 hrs avg. Poor appraisal. Expect to come on Sunday also. Worst politics.

...rent departments within centres. Work like a slave and still beg for appraisals. They pay higher than other companies above manager grade but you can forget your personal life.
