Archaic policies which aren’t employee friendly (eg: Retention pay, sandwich rule, Saturday working etc.). All decision making has to happen through Corporate HR, hence it’s too slow or not consistent with the need of a particular division. Salaries are low. The company prioritizes giving dividend to share holders rather than complete bonuses to loyal employees (Covid). Working in challenging schedules which give poor work life balance. Low basic pay, thus poor retirement benefits. Hence, we are unable to retain employees and our inability to replace them with equatable talent, further compromises the work culture.

... in VITAL BAND 30% remain in Non performance. Although there is no criteria. Work Culture & Salary - In L&T you do not get salary hike, you just get a false commitment of Salary hike. Management - this is the great joke here. Actually, there is no management in business offixea. They are just messengers who convey the decision taken either in CEO office for businesses. Benefits - Name is Good Brand Travel policies are so pathetic. For managers the room rent limit is 1500 rs in India. Business travel are done by TRAIN mostly. Pathetic Flexibility - there is no Flexibility. It feels like working in Factory of 1960 1 minutes late and HR threatened to deduct salary Sametime there is no overtime compensation. Work life balance - You have to literally BEG infront of Seniors for getting Leaves.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
