It is adviced not to go in third party or company contract. Salary is very low. Working hours and travel from city is around 13 hrs avg. Poor appraisal. Expect to come on Sunday also. Worst politics.

...rent departments within centres. Work like a slave and still beg for appraisals. They pay higher than other companies above manager grade but you can forget your personal life.

The company will take you to new levels if you show your dedication and hard work. It is always open to innovation and appreciates the work done by employees. All employees who have left the company have always given a better feed back for LTHE when compared to the other organizations they work for.

Dislikes

LTHE is not a pay master. Its average salary is less than the salary of other competitive companies. The most disappointing thing is the Saturday half day working, which drains out lot of energy. Saturday and Sunday is the time to rejuvenate and that what is missing here. Employees do not get adequate rest due to this.
