Ok ok , some of the bosses were good and company has good salary package structure against its competition

Dislikes

Targets get too much demanding in short period of time.Proper training should be given by trainer in hotels to relax the employees. HR activities should be increased

They like personal vanchens only.The company like employees benefits, but the reporting manager are don't care about employees benefits.communication lag in hr and employees, hr support only Regional manager concern about employees.No benifits for work this.
