Peaceful and pleasant work atmosphere. Workloads and responsibilities well distributed in team. Ease of access to knowledge regarding projects and relevant updates.

Dislikes

Working on same profile and cannot change/upgrade profile within company. Salary growth is lesser and not satisfied with salary.

I&T defense is a good company. You learn more and more because many defense and areospace project are make by l&T. Next one is very minimum work pressure.

Salary is moderate only.increment is low. Career grow is slow.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Freedom to innovate, make mistakes and learn. Holiday homes. Domicilary medical reimbursement. Work exposure.

Dislikes

Compensation , HR policies. 5.5 days working. Poor leave rules. No holidays on muslim festivals. Non fair appraisals.

Business areas and product line, which makes an employee feel proud. Aspiration to venture into new products and markets.

Dislikes

...power & authority is getting further concentrated rather than getting delegated. Non-revision of compensation structure vis-à-vis industry has led to high attrition and degradation in quality of human resource available in organisation and its ability to attract. Compensation structure should be reviewed immediately and brought at par with industry . Career progression / growth is slow.
