All facilities are shown in company is only on paper for ISO Certification Strict time for in n out total 12 hours We should get increment effected from 1st April of FY but we get increased salary from June or July month of every FY Appraisal process is also on paper but they decided by there own on the excel data basis. Perks n benefits are there but they will provide on site accountant approval basis only. Medical facilities is there but in every claim we get deducted Rs 7000 to 10000 by insurance company and there is no option to reclaim or do enquiry No doubt L&T is a brand name in India but there is monopoly

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day

...tion of superiors and discuss for improvement better implementation of policies. Salary and other work environment and work life balance are good in the industry. I like the culture of this company. Appraisal systems are transparent and always give proper appreciation for the right persons and chance for improvement for needy person. As fer as the job security is concern it good for the people working hard/ sincere. I like the employee re-hire policy here.

People can be given chance to work in their native at least one in service. Financial approval system has to be speed-up.

L&T Construction company is a good company but working life not balance and Sunday have not compensation more pressure in working period

Company show like good place of working but some time company can't think our employees everytime prefer your work company have not centerlised rules his rules can be changed every site and every incharge and every incharge have ego problem they can't understand our subordinate problem and many times not support many senior staff don't know how to behave our junior staff

...ironment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
